Armed Response Vehicle Officer
Are you motivated and looking for a new challenge as an Armed Response Vehicle Officer within South Yorkshire Police?

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and hard-working individuals to join us with an opportunity to be part of our Firearms Support Group. To Apply, Applicants Must Be
* Substantive in the rank of Constable serving (or have served) with a Home Office Force
* A current and online Armed Response Vehicle Officer, trained to the National ARV Role Profile in-line with the National Police Firearms Training Curriculum
* Able to pass and maintain the Fitness Test to level 9-4
A final offer would be subject to the approval of applicants training records (and their transfer) by the CFI.
To Be Eligible To Transfer You Must
* Be a current serving police officer in a Home Office force.
* Have no outstanding misconduct or integrity issues.
* Have resided in the UK for three years immediately prior to submitting your application.
* Must have successfully completed your probationary period with your Force prior and be substantive in post.

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria will be invited to a competency-based interview, based on the Competency & Values Framework for Policing (CVF).
Successful applicants will be guided through the transferee process and will be required to undergo the following checks:
