Join The Air Ambulance Service as our Payroll, Benefits & Systems Officer, and help power the lifesaving missions of our frontline teams, including Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and the Children’s Air Ambulance. This role is vital in supporting our staff and volunteers who help save lives every day.
About The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering accurate payroll processing, managing benefits administration, and maintaining our HRIS system to high standards. Collaboration with the people and culture team and external payroll providers will be essential to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration
* Strong understanding of payroll systems and legislation
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* A passion for accuracy and service
* Experience with HRIS systems, including reporting and configuration
