Temporary Leasing Support – Manchester – £15 to £18 Per Hour DOE
My client, a globally established Real Estate Agency, is currently seeking a customer service professional on a temporary basis to provide onsite lettings support at a build-to-rent residential development in Manchester. The contract is rolling until September.
This role is suitable for a confident, well-spoken individual capable of providing viewing and inventory support, as well as lettings administration.
Property experience is preferred but not essential; experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration is also acceptable.
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems for all lettings and rental data.
* Ensuring apartments are well-presented by regular checks and liaising with cleaning staff to uphold high standards.
* Meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, and negotiating rental offers.
* Completing applicant vetting and new let paperwork.
* Assisting with inventories and general lettings administration.
* Preparing arrival packs and ensuring keys are ready for tenant move-ins.
* Fostering a community atmosphere through communication, events, and innovations as part of the wider site team.
* Providing excellent customer service to residents and applicants.

Salary: £15 to £18 per hour, dependent on experience.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with flexibility required (approximately 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm).
