About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and outcome-focused Senior Marketing Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a high-impact role designed for a passionate marketer ready to take ownership of campaign strategy and execution—ultimately driving Marketing-Sourced Revenue and propelling the brand forward as well as managing agency relationships and an inhouse marketing team of 2.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with Sales Development teams, you will lead integrated campaigns that cut through the noise and deliver measurable results to amplify the company’s brand, create pipeline, and contribute directly to commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns to deliver qualified opportunities and build Marketing-Sourced Revenue.
* Own the strategy and delivery of pillar events, podcasts, direct mail, and digital content to engage key target accounts.
* Manage and mentor a small team of marketing specialists and agency relationships, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Oversee content production that reflects the brand’s voice, values, and customer-centric mission.
* Optimise SEO, review site visibility, and positioning in AI-generated summaries.
* Leverage HubSpot to track campaign performance, generate insights, and scale successful tactics.
* Stay ahead of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies to shape marketing efforts.
* Champion innovation and creativity in all aspects of marketing.
Who They’re Looking For
* An experienced B2B marketer (minimum 4 years) with a background in demand generation or growth marketing.
* Highly proficient in HubSpot and a strong systems thinker.
* A hands-on marketer who loves blending creativity with data to drive outcomes.
* A natural leader, capable of managing people and partnerships to deliver excellence.
* Passionate about the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue creation.
* Comfortable presenting ideas and insights to senior stakeholders.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and excited to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM, analytics tools, and content marketing.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Event and campaign management experience.
* Ability to manage budgets and make data-informed decisions is advantageous.
