A Primary School in the BS5 area of Bristol is seeking a Learning Assistant to work within an SEN Provision Classroom.

The Role
Part-Time positions are available at this 3-form entry primary school starting from September.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working with SEN, possess a calm and patient demeanor, and be able to work collaboratively with staff to support various needs such as Autism, Speech and Language difficulties, ADHD, and challenging behavior.
Responsibilities include:
* Having high expectations for student success.
* Experience working with SEND children.
* Collaborating with the SENDCo to understand children's needs.
* Creating a stimulating and purposeful environment.
* Supporting children with their needs.
* Assessing and communicating individual progress and successes.
Working with Long-term Teachers:
