Monetise holdings in real estate by providing insight into fundraising, advisory, restructuring, and recapitalisation across various sub‑segments.
Responsibilities
* Gain in‑depth knowledge of primary and secondary fundraising markets and the real estate sector.
* Advising clients on primary capital raises and secondary market solutions.
* Supporting day‑to‑day operations and learning from senior team members.
Qualifications
* Penultimate or final year of a degree, or recent graduate within 6 months of internship start, on track for a 2.1 or equivalent.
* Hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative.
* Strategic thinker with strong communication skills, motivated to work with high demands and tight deadlines.
* Interest in the financial industry is essential.
