2. 100% private funded HNW work with realistic expectations
3. Hybrid flexibility, strong support and no egos
This is an opportunity to join a growing and ambitious Lancashire-based firm with serious plans for expansion, but without losing its down-to-earth, people-first culture.

If you’re an ambitious Family Solicitor who wants real progression, autonomy and meaningful HNW work, without corporate politics, this is worth exploring.
