Graduate Business Development Executive – Dental / Oral Care Are you a recent graduate with a passion for sales, or do you have experience in a clinical dental setting? We are working with a well-established, internationally recognised brand in the dental sector, known for their innovative, science-led oral care solutions. They supply both UK and international dental markets and have a strong reputation for quality and professional customer support. Key Responsibilities * Support and develop relationships with existing customers, including distributors, dental dealers, and dental practices. * Identify and research potential new business opportunities in the UK and international markets. * Assist with sales planning, lead generation, and performance reporting. * Collaborate with marketing on product launches, campaigns, and events. * Represent the brand at dental trade shows and exhibitions when required. Candidate Profile * Recent graduate with an interest in sales, business development, or marketing, or experience in clinical dentistry/dental practice settings. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. * Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn. * Confident working independently once trained. * Willingness to travel occasionally in the UK and internationally. Previous dental sales experience is not required – full training will be provided. Clinical dental experience will be advantageous.
