Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
Main Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Providing excellent customer service to our customers including delivering a quick response time, understanding the customers' needs and requirements and trying to help as best as possible, via email, phone, and live chat
· Responding to customer feedback received via the company website and social media channels, in a timely and polite manner
· Always maintaining excellent customer service, especially during peak season where there are high volumes of tickets and phone calls
· Logging and updating relevant customer related information, in a timely and accurate manner
· Investigating and resolving delivery issues and reporting these where necessary
· Processing of telephone orders in a polite and timely manner
· Assisting in the processing of returns where appropriate
Experience/Skills
* Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills is essential, need to be able to jump between systems including Shopify & the ticketing platform.
* Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage customers efficiently and professionally.
* Resilient and calm under pressure.
* Problem solving attitude.
Key Points:
As this is temp cover over our peak trading period, we need someone who is willing to work some weekends, long holidays are unlikely to be granted within this team during this period due to the volume of work. Hybrid working is available at the discretion of the line manager.
