We're working with a stealth stage Agentic AI startup who have just secured their firs £10m in funding.

Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you’ll be the technical face of company in every customer engagement — from first discovery call through to post-sale handoff. You’ll bridge the gap between what the platform can do and what the customer needs it to do, translating complex multi-agent AI capabilities into clear, compelling solutions. This is a hands-on, front-line role. You’ll run live demonstrations, architect bespoke solutions during technical discovery, lead the technical narrative in RFP and proposal responses, and ensure seamless transitions into delivery. You’ll work closely with the founding team, our engineering function, and our channel partners.


About the Role


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Technical Discovery & Solution Scoping
* Lead technical discovery workshops with enterprise prospects to understand existing infrastructure, workflows, pain points, and AI maturity
* Design and document tailored solution architectures that map the company’s multi-agent platform to customer use cases
* Produce solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and integration blueprints
* Scope effort, dependencies, and technical risk for each opportunity
* Live Demonstrations & Proof of Concept
* Own and deliver compelling live product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s context and vertical
* Build and maintain demo environments, sample workflows, and reusable POC assets
* Design, execute, and present proof-of-concept engagements that validate platform fit
* Translate demo feedback into product requirements and improvement recommendations
* RFP / ITT / Proposal Response
* Lead the technical content of RFP, ITT, and proposal responses end to end
* Develop and maintain a library of reusable technical response content, solution patterns, and reference architectures
* Collaborate with commercial leads to ensure proposals are technically rigorous and commercially aligned
* Articulate competitive differentiation in technical evaluations and vendor shortlisting
* Ensure smooth technical handoffs from pre-sales into delivery and customer success
* Produce onboarding documentation, runbooks, and integration guides for new customers
* Support early-stage deployments and act as a technical bridge during the first 90 days
* Capture implementation learnings and feed them back into pre-sales collateral and product roadmap


Qualifications

* Experience & Background
* 5–8 years in a pre‑sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role within enterprise technology
* Demonstrable experience running technical discovery, architecting solutions, and presenting to senior stakeholders (VP / C‑level)
* Track record of supporting complex, high‑value enterprise sales cycles (£500K+)
* Experience working with or within channel / alliance partner ecosystems (e.g., WWT, Accenture, Deloitte, or similar)
* Technical Skills
* Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including large language models (LLMs), agentic AI systems, and multi‑agent architectures
* Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern deployment patterns (Kubernetes, containers, microservices)
* Working knowledge of enterprise integration patterns — APIs, event‑driven architectures, data pipelines
* Awareness of the NVIDIA AI ecosystem (Inference Microservices, NIM, AI Enterprise) is a strong plus
* Comfortable reading and discussing code (Python preferred), even if not a full‑time developer
* Attributes
