Are you looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career in healthcare? We require enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to support patients on our General and elective ward. You will work within a team of skilled staff where patient focus is a priority, aiming to make patient, family and carer experience as good as possible.
Clinical Support Workers work alongside nurses to deliver excellent care to patients with broad and varied health conditions. The role is exciting and challenging, with teamwork, initiative and communication skills essential. Experience in healthcare is an advantage but not essential; successful candidates will take part in a care certificate course to develop basic nursing skills and may progress to extended competencies such as obtaining and accurately recording blood pressure, venepuncture, and ECGs.
