Protocol Education is working with a supportive primary school in North Bristol to recruit a full-time Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a specialist resource base for speech and language needs, starting ready for the next academic year. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone passionate about SEND and communication support to work closely with children who need extra help developing speech, language, social interaction, and confidence within the classroom. The role is based in a structured and nurturing resource base, supporting pupils through a mixture of 1:1 and small group interventions alongside experienced SEND staff and speech & language professionals. There is strong potential for the role to continue into the next academic year.
