Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Hertfordshire (hybrid – office & site-based) Salary: Up to £85,000 + benefits About the Role We’re recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist residential developer delivering high-spec restoration and conversion projects across Hertfordshire. These schemes typically involve listed buildings, heritage sites, and sensitive new-build developments — blending traditional craftsmanship with modern luxury. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role offering involvement from pre-construction through to final account.
