Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Evening Office Cleaner to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our office remains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. You will be responsible for the full range of evening cleaning duties and will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
* Thoroughly clean, sweep, mop, and vacuum all designated areas, including offices, hallways, kitchen, and meeting rooms.
* Sanitise and disinfect all restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and floors, and ensure they are well-stocked with paper products and soap.
* Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including wiping down counters, appliances, and sinks.
* Empty and dispose of all trash and recycling from office bins.
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces, including window ledges.
* Clean all glass surfaces and interior windows.
* Monitor and report any maintenance concerns, such as leaks or damaged fixtures, to the supervisor.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* A minimum of one year of professional cleaning experience is preferred.
* A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent time management skills and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently.
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their proper usage.
* Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed.
* Previous working knowledge of cleaning techniques/equipment/machines in a supervisory role
Working Hours - Part-Time 16hrs (Shifts –5 on 2 off, Monday-Thursday, 17:00-20:00, Friday 17:00-21:00)
Salary - £12.21 P/H
