We're looking for ambitious graduates to join a supportive secondary school as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with young people aged 11-16 while developing skills that are highly valued across education and child-focused professions.
The school is known for its strong pastoral support, welcoming staff team and commitment to helping every student succeed. You'll be joining a well-established support department where your contribution will genuinely make a difference.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects
* Working one-to-one and in small groups
* Supporting students with SEND, including Autism and ADHD
* Helping to build confidence, engagement and independence
* Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams
* Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
