Key Responsibilities will include
* Manage and maintain customer order sheets, ensuring all details and requirements are accurately captured
* Support customer meetings with meeting prep, note-taking, and action follow-ups
* Coordinate with design and sourcing teams to ensure all product data and labelling requirements are correct
* Process purchase orders using internal systems (SAP), and communicate key details across buying and warehouse teams
* Track orders, issue weekly critical path updates, and proactively manage any delays or changes
