About the roleThis role is an exciting opportunity to work with academic colleagues across faculty and departmental boundaries to develop the curriculum for our flagship interdisciplinary Natural Sciences programme that was launched with the first intake commencing studies in the 2024/25 academic year. This post would suit somebody who has experience of managing strategic projects within Higher Education and / or has experience of managing education focused projects in a programme or project management capacity, and who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders. The post holder will be expected to lead on relatively complex assignments and must be comfortable representing the faculty with a range of stakeholders, as well as being able to write and present findings and make recommendations in a clear and concise manner. You will work with colleagues to draw expertise and skills from others as required to ensure the success of projects. This role sits with the faculty’s Business Operations function which provides strategic project support to the faculty’s leadership and will report to the Head of Business Operations. The role holder will work closely with the Education function in the faculty. The work programmes will be determined by the Director of Interdisciplinary Science Education, Director of Natural Sciences UG Programme, and Associate Director- Education. The post is advertised on an eleven-month fixed-term basis until 31 January 2027 and is part time (17.5 hours per week). There can be flexibility regarding the exact work pattern.
