Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a CNC Operator in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your role will involve operating CNC SWISS machines, ensuring precision and quality in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
* Operate a cell of 1-2 CNC SWISS machines.
* Utilize basic blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications.
* Conduct minor inspections on parts, including 1st piece inspection.
* Identify and mark visually defective parts.
* Perform minor deburring of parts as necessary.
* Identify when tooling needs replacement.
Essential Skills
* 1-2 years of CNC operating experience (lathe or SWISS).
* Proficiency in reading blueprints.
* Experience utilizing quality tools such as calipers and gauges.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
