Job Opportunity: Resident Liaison Officer – North London Location: North London Hourly Rate: Up to £20/hr Contract Type: Temporary (6-8 weeks) Sector: Property Services / Social Housing The Role: They currently recruiting for a dedicated and empathetic Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring that residents are informed, supported, and satisfied throughout their planned works and refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities for the Resident Liaison Officer: Act as the main point of contact for residents before, during, and after works. Build positive relationships with residents, offering guidance and addressing any concerns. Liaise with site teams, contractors, and the client to coordinate access and minimise disruption. Deliver clear communication about project timelines, updates, and support services. Keep accurate records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions. Support vulnerable residents with tailored advice and reassurance. What They're Looking For: Experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or customer service role, ideally within social housing or construction. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, professional manner. Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and discretion. Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a wider team. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites in North London.
