This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in PPC, campaign management, or SEO to learn and grow in a supportive, ambitious environment. You will report to the Paid Marketing Manager and work within a team focused on delivering high-quality campaigns and insightful reporting for clients.
What You'll Be Doing
You will assist in the creation, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads. You'll help generate business insights and reports to track performance and support client decision-making.
The role also offers exposure to other areas of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content, giving you the chance to broaden your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends. There is clear potential to progress within the team, eventually taking ownership of key client PPC campaigns.
This is a hybrid role with two days in the office (Woking, Surrey) and the rest remote.
Skills & Experience
* 9–12 months' experience in PPC, campaign management, or as a Digital Marketing Executive.
* Strong attention to detail, excellent written English, communication skills, and organisational ability.
* Comfortable working with numerical data and creating reports.
* Experience or familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads; knowledge of TikTok or Snapchat Ads is a bonus.
* Basic understanding of AI platforms in marketing and some SEO or copywriting skills would be advantageous.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is beneficial but not essential.
