Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full time/Permanent with Hybrid working
Hour of work: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00

As the Business Development Manager you will be at the heart of everything and you will have the ability to make a huge impact on the business and work closely with some fantastic people.
The role:
* Business development strategy
* Working with other teams to identify, track and manage new business leads and proposals
* Attend networking events and be an ambassador for the business
* Referrer and key client development
* Research and really know the market and key client information
* Manage proposals and pitches
* Additional projects – opportunity to assist the Head of Marketing & Business Development in company wide projects
The person:
* A great networker, someone who loves to build great relationships
* Previous experience in B2B business development
* Excellent communication both written and verbal
* Ability to inspire others
* Passion for winning business
* Flexibility to attend events that may be outside of office hours
