Job Requirements
* Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or the Health and Care Professions Council.
* Previous experience in a clinical or theatre environment, preferably within high-volume procedures.
* Strong understanding of infection prevention, control protocols, and clinical governance standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions.
* Ability to remain calm and responsive in fast-paced, patient-focused environments.
