Our client is a rapidly growing bank, scaling up in the UK and Europe and we are urgently hiring for a Recruitment Manager to join their dynamic Human Resources team in the city. In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across the organisation while delivering a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience.
You'll play a key role in strengthening their employer brand, enhancing onboarding, improving recruitment processes, and reducing turnover across all business areas.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage full recruitment campaigns across the Bank
* Develop and enhance recruitment strategies, policies, and processes
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
* Create job descriptions, draft job adverts, and assess applications
* Participate in first- and second-stage interviews
* Conduct labour market research and support salary/benefits benchmarking
* Analyse recruitment operations and propose improvements
* Stay updated on relevant legislation (GDPR, IR35) and assess its impact
