As a Key Holder, you play a crucial role in building great customer experiences that not only elevate store sales but also deliver an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. You'll support in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Through your team, you'll create a shopping journey that's genuine, personalized, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Offering customers high-level service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
2. Opening and closing the store and supporting other management team members when required.
3. Analyzing sales information and working with the store management team to maximize department sales performance.
4. Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent service standards.
5. Overseeing store operations.
6. Being a brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers.
