Job Details: Building Recovery in Communities Coordinator
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live a valued life. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England, supported by approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers, helping around 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate two large organizations, some job postings still bear the 'Humankind' branding, and recruitment systems are separate until full integration next year.
