We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Attendance Officer to join our team and work alongside our existing attendance post holder to help improve student attendance and punctuality. As Attendance Officer, you will play a key role in monitoring, promoting, and improving pupil attendance. Working closely with the current Attendance Officer, pastoral team and wider school staff, you will identify attendance issues early, support families, and implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and support students engagement with school life. To be successful in this role you will need strong communication and organizational skills along with a flexible and determined attitude. The Earls High School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
