Job Title: Patient Advisor/Receptionist
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 per annum + bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Making patients feel welcome and valued from their first clinic visit
* Building relationships and maintaining communication with patients before and after treatments
* Assisting during patient consultations
* Using advanced equipment to scan patients' eyes as part of health assessments
* Helping patients complete health questionnaires
* Introducing patients to their optometrist
* Scheduling treatment appointments
* Discussing finance options with patients
* Maintaining accurate patient records
