Learning and Study Centre Adviser sought to work across all learning and study centres across Chelmsford College.
An opportunity to support and develop the independent learning skills, including study skills, of students across all of our curriculum areas within both busy timetabled Study Centres as well as our new Learning Resource Centres.
You will work both with the team and individually by supporting the Learning and Study Centre Manager on advocating resources, including online resources and have a passion to deliver on available digital tools. Candidates will need a can do attitude to support and facilitate independent learning and study skills across all Study Centres to ensure learners remain engaged and on task with assignments and coursework set by their academic tutors which is crucial to this role. The development of transferable skills and a strong focus on work ethic are at the heart of success.
