Key Details: Job Title: Associate Sales Specialist Department: Sterile Goods Management Location: Field Based, North West England & Wales Working Hours: 40 Hours Weekly Contract: Permanent Your main responsibilities: Achieving sales targets through effective and repeatable strategies. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts. Collaborating closely with team colleagues and internal stakeholders. Attending exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations, and workshops, both locally and nationally. Developing and maintaining a documented business development plan in Salesforce. Recording all sales activity and opportunities accurately in Salesforce. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity to support forecasting and planning. Ensuring compliance with company policies for product quality complaints and adverse event reporting.
