A well-established and forward-thinking law firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Lawyer to join its dynamic dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least three years of post-qualification experience to take on a varied and stimulating caseload, working with a broad range of clients including commercial landlords, developers, and private individuals.
Your new role
You'll be handling a wide spectrum of property disputes including:
* Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
* Lease renewals and forfeiture
* Dilapidations and service charge disputes
* Trespass and nuisance claims
* Boundary and rights of way issues
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 3+ PQE in property litigation (guidelines only).
* Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* A proactive and solution-focused approach
