I’m supporting a well-established technology business that are looking for a Professional Services Technical Lead to oversee technical delivery across client projects while mentoring a talented team of Professional Services and Field Engineers.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys variety, and has a genuine passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of PS and Field Engineers
• Overseeing end-to-end technical delivery across client projects
• Acting as the main technical point of contact for clients
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and guiding the team to solutions
• Setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure service excellence
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Supporting strategic planning and driving continuous improvement
• Ensuring technical documentation, processes and compliance are maintained
What you’ll bring
• Experience in a technical leadership role within Professional Services (Ideally at an MSP) or IT consulting
• Strong background in delivering IT solutions within a client-facing environment
• Ability to manage resources across multiple projects
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people
• Great communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ideally, relevant certifications or a related degree
