Overview
To provide the training and support of the Business systems, developing forms, providing system administration, advice and guidance to operational users. To support the development and implementation of working practices and procedures. This is an exciting opportunity for 2 enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join the Business Intelligence Team supporting the Children & Families. We have an opening for 1 permanent and 1 fixed term (until Mar 2027) Business Systems Trainer and Support Officer.
Responsibilities
* Support the current Children\'s Case Management System (Liquid Logic) as we implement the requirements of the Families First Programme, together with supporting the Children\'s transformation programme across SEND and Education.
* Maximise the use of the Education module of Liquid Logic across a wide range of education support teams and external partners.
* Work on progress redesign, develop training materials and deliver face-to-face training with front-line workers; require excellent interpersonal and ICT skills and the ability to present information to individuals and groups.
* Support the development and implementation of working practices and procedures.
* Contribute to projects exploring the integration of AI products with existing case management solutions; awareness of how this will shape the future is advantageous.
* Travel across the borough as required; roles can be based from Crewe or Macclesfield depending on preference; the role is subject to a basic DBS check.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and ICT skills; comfortable delivering training and/or presenting information to individuals and groups.
* Understanding of current developments and changes in government legislation relevant to Children\'s Wellbeing and Schools Bill and the Families First programme, with knowledge of statutory reporting requirements for Children and families services and how the ICS system operates supports this.
Role details
Two roles: 1 permanent and 1 fixed term (until March 2027). Based from either Crewe or Macclesfield depending on the successful applicant\'s preference, with travel across the borough required. DBS check may be required.
