SALT is supporting a leading independent education provider undergoing a period of growth and digital transformation.
This role leads end‑to‑end marketing and CRM strategy, combining brand, digital acquisition, and data‑driven customer relationship management to drive enquiry growth and conversion. The position exists to strengthen customer insight, improve funnel performance, and deliver personalised communication across the full customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, admissions, and internal stakeholders to shape strategy and execution.
KEY CONTRACT DETAILS
* 3+ month contract, outside IR35
* Fully remote working (must be based in the UK)
* £250 per day
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Lead and execute a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy to increase awareness, qualified enquiries, and enquiry‑to‑conversion rates.
* Own and optimise digital channels (website, social, content platforms) with a clear focus on engagement and conversion.
* Plan, run, and optimise paid digital campaigns across search, social, and display, reporting on ROI.
* Own the end‑to‑end CRM strategy across the full customer journey, including segmentation, automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
* Use data and analytics to generate actionable insights for marketing, admissions, and leadership decision‑making.
* Partner with admissions and senior stakeholders to improve funnel performance and long‑term customer value.
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and customer databases.
* Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, including segmentation, automation, and reporting.
* Confident interpreting customer data and KPIs (e.g. conversion rates, retention, ROI).
* Experience delivering personalised communication strategies across email and digital channels.
* Solid understanding of GDPR and best practice in data governance.
