The Role
As an Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering expert legal advice while handling a varied and dynamic workload. Key responsibilities include:
* Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, and private placements
* Supporting private equity and investment transactions
* Managing cases across corporate finance, joint ventures, and securities offerings
* Drafting key legal documents with commercial precision and minimal supervision
* Developing strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for business growth
* Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
Requirements
To be considered you will be an England and Wales qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 2-4 PQE. The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong understanding of corporate finance, private equity, and transactional work
* Commercial awareness with exceptional communication skills
* A proactive approach, managing tasks efficiently under time pressures
* A collaborative mindset with confidence in working alongside senior professionals
* The ability to build lasting client relationships and drive business development
