Our most recent successful Estyn Inspection (March 2023) noted many strengths:
Neyland Community School is a place where pupils, staff and families feel welcomed and supported. A notable strength of the school is the strong caring ethos and the trust and respect between pupils and staff. School leaders have developed a positive culture of teamwork amongst the staff and the local community. The school provides a rich, broad and balanced range of learning experiences and additional provision.
At our school we talk about ‘going above and beyond’ and actively demonstrate this to our children, families and community. It is key that the successful applicant is part of this and demonstrates skills to actively become part of our positive and caring ethos whilst providing rich learning experiences to our pupils.
