The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a busy office environment using modern IT systems
* Holds a qualification atSCQF Level 7(., HNC in Business Administration)
* Demonstrates strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Can work independently and adapt to changing priorities
* Is confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
* Shorthand or audio typing skills
* Customer Service Professional Qualification
* Experience with non-standard corporate IT systems
