New Directions Education is delighted to be recruiting a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a full-time teaching position within a welcoming primary school in Woolton.

About the Role
As a full-time class teacher, you will take responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons that inspire and engage pupils. The year group can be discussed based on your strengths and experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Planning and delivering creative, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
2. Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
3. Creating a positive, well-managed classroom environment
4. Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
5. Contributing to the wider life of the school community

The Ideal Candidate
11. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
12. Recently completed or completing teacher training

14. Reflective, eager to learn, and open to feedback
15. Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing approach
Requirements
16. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
17. Employment references covering the last 5 years
