Family Solicitor | 3+ PQE | Southampton

The Role
You’ll manage a varied and stimulating caseload, including:
* Financial remedy work involving business assets, inherited wealth, and trusts
* Nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes
* Private children matters, including relocation, enforcement, and complex arrangements
* Domestic abuse protection and injunctive relief
You’ll be supported by senior lawyers who are leaders in their field, and have access to high‑calibre clients, from professionals and entrepreneurs to high-net-worth individuals and families, often with cross‑jurisdictional or business interests.
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ PQE in family law
* Strong grounding in matrimonial finance and private children work
* Excellent client care skills, with empathy and professionalism
* A constructive, resolution‑minded approach to dispute management
* Commercial awareness and confidence handling complex assets or business interests
