An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Technical Services Manager to join a rapidly growing fit out business backed by the strength and stability of a £2bn+ Tier 1 main contractor group.
Now entering its third year, this specialist interiors division has already established an outstanding reputation across the London market and is growing at pace, with a clear strategic vision to achieve £100m turnover within the next three years.

The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality fit out projects across:
* High-end Retail
* Commercial Workplace
* Hospitality
* MOJ / Secure Environments
Project values range from £1m to £25m, delivering technically challenging and design-led schemes for prestigious clients across London and the South East.
The Role
As Technical Services Manager, you will lead and manage all MEP and technical aspects of projects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover, ensuring quality, compliance, program, and commercial objectives are achieved.
You will work closely with project delivery teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful project outcomes while helping shape the technical capability of a business in growth mode.

* Experience within fit out, interiors, or main contracting environments
* Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and coordination
* Proven track record delivering commercial, retail, hospitality, or complex fit out projects
* Ability to manage stakeholders and drive technical solutions
