The Housemaster/Housemistress plays a pivotal role in shaping the culture, ethos, and daily life of the House, fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where pupils aged 13-18 can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

As Housemaster/Housemistress, you will:
* Lead a team of pastoral staff, including a Deputy Housemaster/Housemistress and Assistant Housemaster/Housemistress.
* Champion pupil wellbeing, safeguarding, and personal development.
* Be the primary point of contact for parents and guardians.
* Oversee the smooth running of the House, including routines, discipline, and co-curricular engagement.
* Encourage full participation in weekend activities and College life.
Teaching Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be employed primarily as a teacher, with the subject to be agreed. You will:
* Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across a range of age groups.
* Use innovative pedagogical strategies and digital tools to inspire independent, imaginative, and critical thinking.
* Foster inclusive relationships and create safe, stimulating learning environments.
* Support pupils’ academic progress through effective assessment and feedback.
