Job Description:
* Lead teams, streamline operations, and drive commercial performance to support business growth.
* Drive growth by analyzing market data and executing revenue strategies.
* Oversee the delivery of niche travel tours and events, utilizing operational expertise.
* Develop operational strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
* Manage daily operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and compliance.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team across the UK, USA, and France.
* Handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Promote a customer-first culture by enhancing service standards and resolving issues.
* Oversee stock management for cost-effective inventory control.
* Ensure operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies through audits.
Experience Required:
* Extensive background in operational and commercial leadership within travel.
* Familiarity with tour operator systems or quick adaptability to new platforms.
* Proven success in growth and operational efficiency.
* Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
* Strategic and analytical mindset.
* Understanding of processes, logistics, and commercial planning.
