What youll be doing
Designing, building and maintaining backend services using PHP and Laravel
Creating APIs and data models to support frontend applications and third-party integrations
Improving performance, reliability and security across the platform
Working with frontend and customer teams to deliver smooth integrations
Supporting users through second- and third-line technical issues
Reviewing code, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices
Helping shape the technical roadmap and identifying new tools and technologies
Mentoring junior developers and supporting their growth
Keeping documentation up to date and contributing to continuous improvement
What were looking for
Strong experience in PHP and Laravel development
Good understanding of backend architecture and database design
Confident working with APIs, integrations and data-driven platforms
Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams
Experience mentoring others or leading small projects
Interest in continuous learning and improving how things are done
