Ian Williams has an exciting opportunity for a Programme Partner (also known as Apprentice and Development Partner) to recruit, support, and develop our people across the business, with a key focus on, but not limited to, Apprentices, Trainee Surveyors, and Contract Managers.

You will support the business's aims and commitments to have 15% of our workforce as trade apprentices. We also offer Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

The Programme Partner role:

* Support the development of a coaching culture by partnering with line managers and site mentors to excel at developing apprentices and trainees
* Champion apprentices and trainees, always seeking ways to improve their experience and achievement
* Manage a selection of apprentices and trainees, ensuring their successful delivery and completion, along with pastoral care
* Work closely with training providers to enable IW apprentices to complete their training successfully and on time
* Manage Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) funding claims and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) processes for apprentices and trainees
* Note: This role may require some travel to business units, sites, and training venues.

What you will bring as a Programme Partner:

* Experience working within apprenticeships or early careers, with relatable HR, training, and development experience
* A genuine passion for attracting, developing, and supporting apprentices/trainees to reach their potential
* Experience working with CITB and DAS
* Stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, partnering with internal and external stakeholders
* An accurate and detailed approach to work
