* Accurately calculate costs and prepare quotations, ensuring pricing and policies are correct.
* Process customer orders efficiently, track progress, and resolve queries or complaints.
* Maintain accurate CRM and order records.
* Support cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Who we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in internal sales, estimating, or related roles.
* Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM experience is a bonus.
* Exceptional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
* Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
