About Resilient People
Resilient People is a social enterprise building ambitious sales careers for refugees and host community members. We do this by running 6-month Sales Development Apprenticeships which feed our high-performing outsourced SDR team serving European and American companies.
We operate in two locations for the apprenticeship: Baba Dogo in Nairobi and Loropio in Turkana and we need an ATL for each location (2 total). There will be some travel required, we would like the ATLs to "swap" offices for at least a month during the apprenticeship. After the apprenticeship, the ATL in Loropio will be expected to relocate to Eldoret where our commercial team is.
All business operations at Resilient People are in English and an excellent standard of English is required for this role.
As this is a critical role for us, we need successful applicants to either have sales experience or professional leadership experience, though both are not necessary.
The Opportunity
The ATL role is a position which is about supporting our apprentices through their programme as well as personal development into a Resilient People Leader. As a growing company, we need people who are willing to grow into the leaders we need.
Apprentice Team Leads will be on a dedicated leadership pathway, with support to grow into world-class leaders. They will receive weekly coaching, 1-1s, guidance and feedback to ensure your development.
Successful completion of the ATL role will lead to progression into a permanent Team Lead position within the commercial sales team following the apprenticeship.
