Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Flexera Lead
Graphics Unlimited (Vic) Pty Ltd invites you to apply for the Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Flexera Lead role. This position offers an attractive salary of up to £68,517 plus an employer pension contribution of 28.97%, a hybrid working model, flexible hours, and a focus on work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and manage on‑premise Flexera installations, including agent rollout and integration with Kubernetes deployments in Azure (AKS) and Amazon (EKS).
* Deliver infrastructure services and solutions across a hybrid server estate covering Microsoft Windows Server, Unix/Linux distributions, and containerised platforms.
* Provide specialist technical support to projects, ensuring non‑functional requirements are met within architectural and roadmap initiatives.
* Mentor and support team members to achieve high‑quality outcomes and deliver value to customers.
* Deploy and maintain Infrastructure as Code using scripting languages across multiple operating systems.
* Communicate effectively at all levels, from support engineers and developers to business users, architecture teams, and external suppliers.
Qualifications
* Proven significant experience in designing, implementing, and managing Flexera on‑premise solutions.
* Strong track record of delivering infrastructure services, working with Windows, Unix/Linux, and containerised environments.
* Experience providing specialist technical support and contributing to architecture and roadmap development.
* Leadership and mentoring skills, with a history of guiding teams to successful delivery.
* Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code and multiple scripting languages.
* Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
