Customer Service Advisor Role at FMG RS
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists at our busy site in Luton.
As part of a team of specialist Customer Service Advisors, you will be the face of our Bodyshops. Your responsibilities include booking customer cars for repair, preparing job cards, providing vehicle progress reports, arranging courtesy cars, and handling financial transactions with a focus on banking, security, and insurance excess payments.
As the first point of contact, you will liaise directly with customers, the bodyshop, and third parties to ensure an excellent customer experience.
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, a professional appearance, and a customer-focused, team-oriented attitude. IT literacy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to escalate issues appropriately are highly valued. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role within the automotive industry (dealership, accident repair, service, or sales) is essential. A full UK Driving Licence is also required.
