Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home Location: Crediton, Devon Salary: £34,944 Hours: 40 hours per week Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established children's residential home in Crediton, looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join their leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager from a residential or supported living background, or a motivated Senior Support Worker with a Level 3 qualification ready to take the next step into management. The Role Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will support the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently met. You will play a key role in leading and developing the staff team while ensuring children and young people receive safe, nurturing, and person-centred care.
