Job Description:
Join our Ground Operations Team at London Stansted Airport as a Passenger Service Agent. You will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers arriving and returning from holidays.
* Check-in customers, issue boarding passes, verify passports and travel documents, and assist at Self Service kiosks.
* Board flights to ensure timely departures.
* Follow safety and security procedures.
* Support customers and operations during disruptions and delays.
* Proactively resolve issues and challenges.
* Communicate professionally and friendly, making every customer feel like a VIP.
Contract details:
* 30 hours per week on a Fixed Term contract.
* Shift work in a rolling 4 on, 2 off pattern, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays. Rosters provided 4 weeks in advance.
Skills required:
* Physically active role supporting a fast-paced operation.
* Adaptable, self-motivated, with good time management skills.
* No previous experience necessary; passion for customer service and teamwork is essential.
