Job Title: Data Engineer
Location: Telford (hybrid - assistance required at occasional workshops -typically a couple of days a month)
Duration: 6 months
Pay-rate: £468 per day (PAYE through Umbrella)
Clearance Required: SC is required
Job Description:
* Experienced Data Engineer delivering large-scale, complex data solutions.
* Design and build high-performance data pipelines
* Solid understanding of data modelling and ETL.
* Develop Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) or Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) workflows to seamlessly move data from source systems to Data warehouses
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
* Talend ETL, Denodo, SAS, Pentaho, Oracle, Oracle RDS, SQL, Informatica
Additional Requirements
* Hybrid role: requires attendance for occasional workshops (typically a couple of days per month) at one of our sites — Telford or Worthing
* Security Clearance: candidates must hold an active SC Clearance.
